All our IT support services are geared around our customers, whether it be desktop support, server support, routers, printers the list goes on and there's not much we haven't supported previously. We even support other IT support companies in the area so you may have had a planb engineer out to your company previous on behalf of someone else.
We have also supplied bespoke developed software for large companies in the area so we don't just provide IT support, this is what makes planb stand out from the crowd of other solutions providers in the area.
Our support is charged by the hour and is charged at a flat rate unlike other local providers, whether this is during your office hours, weekends or evenings we charge the same fair prices.

Contract services or AD-HOC support.
You can always use planb even if you don't have a support contract with us but should you chose to have a service contract you will benefit from a 1 hour SLA and 24/7 cover. We only work locally so we can respond quickly, we also work as part of a network of IT specialists so we can always have a fast response time.
We don't discriminate if you use another local provider, we work with them offering synergy between providers. We work for you and with your interests in mind to ensure that you get a great service everytime.
